You already know what's going wrong on site.
Now you'll know three weeks earlier.
Site Station gives construction Project Managers the early warning they've never had — powered by 60-second field inputs from the team already on site via WhatsApp or MS Teams.
Construction is a $13 trillion industry. 98% of projects finish late or over budget. Not because people don't work hard. Because the right information arrives too late.
Every day on a construction project is a promise. Site Station makes sure those promises are kept.
Site Station is built for every construction project in the world — wherever projects are built, whatever the contract form, whatever the team size. If you have a schedule, a site team, and a PM who needs to know what's coming — SISTA works.
Every construction project in the world has the same problem.
The information that could have prevented the delay was on site. The site engineer saw it. The supervisor heard about it. But by the time it reached the Project Manager, it was three weeks old, filtered through four people, and too late to act on.
A plan is only as good as the promises behind it. And a promise is only as good as the person who made it knowing it was possible to keep.
You find out too late.
The problem was visible on site three weeks ago. By the time it reached you, the delay was already locked in.
You can't trust the data you're getting.
Every layer between site and your desk softens the bad news. You make decisions on a sanitised version of reality.
You spend your day chasing information.
Calls, follow-ups, meetings — just to find out what's happening. The actual thinking gets squeezed into whatever's left.
You can't prove what happened when it matters.
Disputes take years because nobody has a clean contemporaneous record. You know what happened. You just can't prove it.
Your site team sees reporting as a burden.
Every new tool you introduce gets partial adoption and eventual abandonment. The data never arrives consistently.
You're accountable for delivery you can't see.
The PM carries the responsibility. But the information that determines delivery is in the hands of people with no structured way to share it.
SISTA sits alongside your project team. She listens, remembers everything, and tells you what's coming.
60-Second Field Input
The site engineer answers one message from SISTA — via WhatsApp or MS Teams. Voice note or text. Under 60 seconds. No app. No login. No form.
SISTA Processes
SISTA reads the input, classifies it, scores it, and links it to the right task in the schedule. The PM is alerted if it crosses a threshold. All before the engineer has put their phone down.
Live Health Score
The Project Manager sees a Health Score for every task, zone, and project. A live pulse — not a weekly report. SISTA tells them where to look and what to do.
Meet SISTA.
SISTA is not a chatbot. She is the most knowledgeable colleague on your project. She has read the schedule, knows the critical path, remembers every conversation, and never loses a record.
She asks the right question. At the right time. To the right person.
Work flows when constraints are removed before they block it. SISTA finds the constraints. You remove them.
60-Second Field Input
Site engineers answer one message — WhatsApp or MS Teams. SISTA handles everything else.
Live Health Score
Every task, zone, and project has a Health Score. It moves like a pulse meter.
As-Built Timeline
Every observation is permanently recorded with timestamps, photos, and causation. Arbitration-ready.
Early Warning — 3-4 Weeks
SISTA detects what is forming before it becomes a delay. Not a report. A conversation.
Built for the people who carry the weight of construction delivery.
THE PROJECT MANAGER
Accountable for delivery. Dependent on information they cannot always see.
“I open my phone at 6:45am. Instead of 47 unread messages across WhatsApp groups and Teams channels, SISTA has sent me three things I need to act on today. For the first time in months, I feel ahead of the project.”
THE CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR
Oversees three or four projects simultaneously. Needs a consistent view without micromanaging.
“I stopped being surprised by crises. Not because they stopped happening — but because I see them forming three weeks before they arrive.”
THE PLANNING ENGINEER
Builds the programme. Knows the schedule is only as good as the data going into it.
“My delay analysis used to take two days and still be challenged. Now it's a contemporaneous record with timestamps, photos, and causation. Nobody challenges it.”
THE DISCIPLINE LEAD
Safety, quality, commercial, design — the specialists who need to know when their discipline is affected.
“SISTA tells me exactly what observations are open in my discipline and exactly what I need to update in my records. I stopped missing things.”
A note from the founder.
I built Site Station because I was the PM who found out too late. I've planned and delivered construction projects across three continents — water infrastructure, pharmaceutical facilities, EPC programmes. I've done delay analysis for arbitration manually in Primavera, building the evidence trail retrospectively that should have been captured in real time.
SISTA is the colleague I wished I had on every one of those projects.
We are not a technology company that discovered construction. We are construction professionals who built the technology.
